Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

All prints are produced to order using museum grade, giclée printing.

Production usually takes 2 to 4 business days. During busy periods, this may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Times

Once dispatched, typical delivery windows are:

• UK 2 to 5 business days

• Europe 4 to 8 business days

• USA & Canada 5 to 10 business days

• Rest of the World 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

We always aim to keep shipping fair and transparent.

4. Packaging

All artworks are shipped in protective, eco conscious packaging to ensure safe delivery:

• Smaller prints ship flat in reinforced envelopes

• Larger prints ship rolled in sturdy tubes

• Each order is wrapped to protect the artwork from bending or moisture

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are set by your country’s customs office.

These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Address Errors

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at legal@thecult.group with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will resolve this quickly for you.

9. Multiple Item Orders

Occasionally, items may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking updates for each shipment if applicable.
