At The Surrealist Edit, we stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. We understand that purchasing objects, furniture, and artwork online requires confidence, and we want you to feel assured in every order.

1. Curated Objects, Furniture & Home Décor

We accept returns on physical objects, furniture, and home décor items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesurrealistedit.com with your order number and photographs of the item.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Made-to-Order Prints

All print created on demand using museum-grade materials and are produced specifically for you. For this reason:

We do not accept returns on prints
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on prints
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Please double-check product details, sizes, and framing options before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item — whether a print, object, or piece of furniture — arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund free of charge.

4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@thesurrealistedit.com. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your order and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
